10 Ways to Overcome Fatigue!

Fatigue has to be one of the most frustrating of feelings! So often I hear "I am so tired of being tired!!" from clients who are just hopeless to the idea that they make wake up one day feeling energized for the day and not needing an afternoon latte or nap to make it until bedtime.

I have put together a list of 10 practices that I recommend to all of my clients who are struggling to make it through the day! I am sharing that list here so that you can be sure that you are doing these essential steps to not only just survive the day, but to thrive!


What of these practices do you need to implement?

The number one objection to these tips is the idea of limiting caffeine. Note that I said "limit" not eliminate! For the majority of people, a cup of coffee a day is not harmful. A pot of coffee a day however, that is another story!
