As a follow up to my post on 10 Signs It's Time to Check In with a Therapist! I thought I would share some alternative responses to say to kids in relation to food & nutrition!
Words are powerful. Thoughts are powerful. Food is powerful. A distorted view towards food is also dangerously powerful. Here are some suggestions on how to talk to your kids about food, or even, how to reparent yourself as you heal your relationship with food.
